Yes Virginia, there are some Marketing Automation Solutions.
There are services, ie. solutions that can do everything from getting and qualifying your leads, to monetizing them, and even to nurture them. As a list “owner” and builder, I realize that it is difficult to run and grow a business if you’re spending a lot of time on the nurturing of your client base.

Are you looking to lighten the load a little bit by off-sourcing/off-loading some tasks like content creation and traffic generation?
Anything can be outsourced, even the nurturing of your client or potential client base and that’s done by qualifying your leads, then giving them something that’s a good fit for them.
This is part of the qualification process and it can be done by surveys and questionnaires, then list segregation methods.
An Autoresponder is a good marketing automation tool, but it is not a solution unto itself, because it’s only one piece of the pie. However, an autoresponder will give you the ability to automate much of the “handling” of your client base.

Are there any Marketing Automation Solutions out there that do all of this?
Yes, there are, but one thing that I see with these automated marketing solutions companies is they don’t like to work with 3d party autoresponders like Aweber and to me, that’s an issue because there are hardly any services whose “in-house” autoresponders will have the deliverability rates like those of the btter-known, more widely-used services such as Aweber and Get Response
