Phone Dialers For Your Automated Marketing System

Using an automated phone dialer is one of the tools that could make up a part of your Automated Marketing System

Now, the reason most people shy away from using phone dialers is they consider it as phone-spam of the tele-marketing variety

So, let’s keep this simple and legitimate, shall we?

In the last post in this series we discussed automating client retention

If your automated lead generation is intact and working, then you should obtain phone numbers to call, and these phone numbers are obtained via permission-based opt-in, double-verified methods.

These are the people you call using your automated phone dialer.

You can also obtain lists of people interested in what you have to offer and call those people as well, just make sure to honor the No-Call actions some of these people will take.

Many times I’ll call a 1-800 number off the Interne tlooking for information about that company and hopefully talking to a real live person, but what happens sometimes is I get a call back from their automated dialer becaus eI left a phone number for a real person to call me back on, thereby expressing implied consent to receive a call back from them… You want your answering systme to ask thme to leave a call-back number in case they don’t think to leave it.

So, if you have a 1-800 number of your business, consider that as a lead generation and client retention tool, and use it to direct your potential clients to whatever solutions you want them to take another closer look at while they’re waiitng for a live person to contact them.

This is a good way to weed out the tire-kickers and to reward the action-takers (paid clients) with the support they deserve…
